THE INTERNET IS THINKING
Earlier sources: Databases
Databases organize information for storage and retrieval. Follow relational and nonrelational systems, query engines, indexing, replication, and operational tools; performance claims depend on workload and configuration.
SYMTRI organizes observations from public sources into a living map. Connections reflect shared subject matter; they do not establish causation or endorse a source.
Open in the map ↗98 classified signals in the fourteen-day window. These counts include signals awaiting readable evidence.
Earlier sources
Up to ten sources with readable evidence, ordered by their feed timestamp. These archive sources can be older than the live fourteen-day window. This list is a sample, not a measure of total activity. Dates distinguish paper publication, repository creation, model/dataset activity, Hacker News posts, and KEV catalog additions. “First archived” records when SYMTRI first stored the signal.

NormaScore: Intelligent Database Normalization Assessment Framework for DBMS Education ↗
Normalization is a core concept in Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) education, but assessing student’s normalization solutions is tedious and hard to scale. Current automated methods produce schemas out of structured inputs which cannot be used to do a mathematically precise and staged evaluation. This work introduces an end-to-end intelligent framework NormaScore that automatically evaluates database normalization solutions from First Normal Form (1NF) to Third Normal Form (3NF). The framework integrates a domain-specific Qwen2.5-7B-Instruct model trained with Supervised Fine-Tu…

MPDD: A Curated Database Bridging Membrane Protein-Drug-Disease Landscapes ↗
Abstract Membrane proteins (MPs) are vital drug targets, yet existing resources are fragmented across structural, pharmacological, and disease domains, limiting integrated exploration. To address this, we developed the Membrane Protein-Drug-Disease (MPDD) Database (https://chemyang.ccnu.edu.cn/ccb/server/MPDD/), a curated platform explicitly linking MPs, drugs, and diseases. MPDD currently includes 1523 MP targets, 589 diseases, and 18,489 drugs. It offers multi-dimensional query tools, interactive classification trees, drug property analysis, BLAST search, and co-target network visualization.…

How to assess evidence about Databases
Check each original source for its methods, release status, limitations, and supporting data. A repository announcement, a preprint, and a published study provide different kinds of evidence. SYMTRI’s subject classification helps discovery; it does not independently validate the source’s claims.
