SYMTRI organizes observations from public sources into a living map. Connections reflect shared subject matter; they do not establish causation or endorse a source.
Open in the map ↗646 classified signals in the fourteen-day window. Recent momentum: steady. These counts include signals awaiting readable evidence.
Earlier sources
Up to ten sources with readable evidence, ordered by their feed timestamp. These archive sources can be older than the live fourteen-day window. This list is a sample, not a measure of total activity. Dates distinguish paper publication, repository creation, model/dataset activity, Hacker News posts, and KEV catalog additions. “First archived” records when SYMTRI first stored the signal.

Synthetic lethal screens reveal p300/CBP as a vulnerability for GNAQ-driven uveal melanomas ↗
Abstract Uveal melanoma is the most common intraocular cancer in adults, driven by activating mutations in GNAQ or GNA11 , which encode the G proteins Gαq and Gα11. Currently, therapeutic options for uveal melanoma, particularly metastatic uveal melanoma, remain limited. Through an isogenic CRISPR screening approach, we identify EP300 , which encodes the protein lysine acetyltransferase p300, as a top synthetic lethal vulnerability in the context of GNAQ mutation. Notably, CREBBP , which encodes the closely related paralogue CBP, also emerges among the top-ranked candidates. Mechanistically, w…

Time-Series Anomaly Detection in Off-Grid Solar-Powered Security Systems Using Deep Learning Approaches ↗
Reliable operation of off-grid solar-powered security systems is essential for maintaining uninterrupted surveillance and monitoring in remote locations. This study proposes a fully unsupervised deep learning framework for detecting energy-related anomalies in multivariate solar-system time-series data before they affect system operation. To this end, seven deep learning-based anomaly detection models, namely, LSTM, GRU, Transformer Autoencoder, CNN-LSTM, CNN-GRU, LSTM Autoencoder, and GRU Autoencoder, were developed and evaluated using both a real-world solar energy dataset and an open-source…

Targeting the DNHD1‑HDAC6 axis inactivates prostate cancer cell aggressiveness in vitro , suggesting potential therapeutic vulnerability. ↗
Prostate cancer progression toward an aggressive, therapy‑resistant disease state remains a major clinical challenge, indicating a need to identify novel molecular drivers of such progression and actionable therapeutic targets. The present study analyzed the role of dynein heavy chain domain 1 ( DNHD1 ), a previously uncharacterized regulator of malignancy, in prostate cancer. Integrative transcriptomic analyses across The Cancer Genome Atlas and independent clinical cohorts revealed that DNHD1 is markedly upregulated in advanced‑stage prostate cancer and positively correlated with increasing

How to assess evidence about Security
Check each original source for its methods, release status, limitations, and supporting data. A repository announcement, a preprint, and a published study provide different kinds of evidence. SYMTRI’s subject classification helps discovery; it does not independently validate the source’s claims.
