THE INTERNET IS THINKING
Earlier sources: Markets
Markets connect capital, goods, services, and labor. This region follows economic developments, public markets, venture capital, fintech, and commerce. Source attention does not constitute financial advice or forecast investment returns.
SYMTRI organizes observations from public sources into a living map. Connections reflect shared subject matter; they do not establish causation or endorse a source.

Up to ten sources with readable evidence, ordered by their feed timestamp. These archive sources can be older than the live fourteen-day window. This list is a sample, not a measure of total activity. Dates distinguish paper publication, repository creation, model/dataset activity, Hacker News posts, and KEV catalog additions. “First archived” records when SYMTRI first stored the signal.

A recommender matrix-driven stacking SENet framework for predicting purchase decisions in E-commerce ↗
Abstract Customer reviews can be quite significant for business outcomes and customer choices in the digital era. However, conventional systems have big problems as well as the increasing fake reviews as they are not so adept with resisting time limits and complexity in big amounts of data. User reviews play an important role in e-commerce product purchases, which is also not easy to be applied by recommender systems due to noisy feedback, counterfeit reviews and interactivity data. This research work suggests a stacking SENet model for the prediction of the purchase decision of e-commerce bas…

Adversarial Training for Deep Hedging in Nonstationary Markets ↗
Deep hedging learns trading policies from historical or simulated market trajectories, yet under nonstationarity these training paths may not represent future market conditions. We propose WRAP (Wasserstein-Reweighting Adversarial Perturbation), a drift-aware adversarial training framework derived from a two-budget distributionally robust optimization (DRO) formulation. The formulation is anchored to a weighted empirical reference distribution whose fixed baseline weights are chosen to balance sampling uncertainty against temporal drift. Around this reference distribution, the ambiguity set ad…

A posteriori error bounds for the Uncertain Volatility Model ↗
We develop a posteriori primal-dual bounds for numerical approximations of European option prices in the Uncertain Volatility Model. Given a smooth candidate approximation of the value function, a feedback control induced by its Hessian yields a primal lower bound. On the dual side, we derive a representation based on a matrix-valued Gamma field, which provides an upper bound through a nonnegative Hamiltonian penalty. We further show that, when the dual field is generated by the candidate itself, this upper bound admits an equivalent representation in terms of the residual of the associated Bl…

Measuring Trade Direction in a Prediction Market: Settlement Ground Truth and Trading-Cost Measurement on Polymarket ↗
Trade-sign errors can change measured trading costs even when classification accuracy is high. We validate the side of Polymarket's public trade prints against the taker leg of each print's on-chain settlement. On twelve selected days between April and August 2026, spanning both exchange generations, 92.1% to 100.0% of prints match a settled taker leg, with exact side and token agreement on all 24.5 million matched pairs. Mint-and-merge settlement makes that taker leg essential: pooling maker and taker legs changes the measured buy share. Signing the full cached tape before settlement selectio…
How to assess evidence about Markets
Check each original source for its methods, release status, limitations, and supporting data. A repository announcement, a preprint, and a published study provide different kinds of evidence. SYMTRI’s subject classification helps discovery; it does not independently validate the source’s claims.
