THE INTERNET IS THINKING
Earlier sources: Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence covers systems that learn from data, generate content, perceive their surroundings, or act toward a goal. Follow model research, agent tooling, evaluation, and the infrastructure used to build and run these systems.
SYMTRI organizes observations from public sources into a living map. Connections reflect shared subject matter; they do not establish causation or endorse a source.
Open in the map ↗5400 classified signals in the fourteen-day window. Recent momentum: steady. These counts include signals awaiting readable evidence.
Earlier sources
Up to ten sources with readable evidence, ordered by their feed timestamp. These archive sources can be older than the live fourteen-day window. This list is a sample, not a measure of total activity. Dates distinguish paper publication, repository creation, model/dataset activity, Hacker News posts, and KEV catalog additions. “First archived” records when SYMTRI first stored the signal.

Show HN: Organ – Autonomous AI executives that build and operate businesses ↗
Hi, I am Itai, in the past few months or so, I tried to build all sorts of products using different tools, my feeling was that it toolings fell short on some aspect, so internally - I built Organ, and its' purpose is to autonomously manage operations of a company, allowing the human to focus on the important stuff, which is mostly resource allocation and goal supervision. so Organ tries to be autonomous but not unsupervised. Organ runs itself, st…

Show HN: I built Airlock, to sandbox your AI agent and know what it's doing ↗
I didn't like that Claude and codex effectively have the ability to do anything they want on my laptop and my local network - we've all read the horror stories of files accidentally being deleted - and while their permission classifier is getting better, it still requires a lot of trust. So I built Airlock for macOS which runs your agent in a virtual machine, and it will tell you exactly what it's run and what's changed before you bring anything…

Identifying Arctic states vulnerable to rapid ice loss with a convolutional neural network ↗
This work investigates the incidence of rapid ice-loss events in the Arctic, in which a substantial fraction of September sea-ice is lost in only a few years. Such events are seen to occur in climate model simulations forced with increasing greenhouse gas concentrations, but not as yet in the relatively short observational record. We train a convolutional neural network (CNN) using six large climate model ensembles to diagnose vulnerability to rapid ice-loss events. The trained model is shown to separate higher and lower risk states in out-of-sample climate models via a leave-one-out cross-val…

Disembo/octmole — model release ↗
# OctMole: Multiscale 3D Molecular Generation with Hierarchical Spatial Flows A 3D molecule generative model jointly conducted by researchers from Peking University and BAAI; the paper is available [here](TODO), and the code is availiable [here](https://github.com/octree-nn/octmole). OctMole is a two-stage generative model for 3D molecules. The first stage generates a sparse hierarchical occupancy octree. The second stage predicts an atom type and a continuous within-cell coordinate for every occupied leaf. Pretrained checkpoints for QM9 and GEOM-DRUG are available here. | Dataset | Occupancy

How to assess evidence about Artificial Intelligence
Check each original source for its methods, release status, limitations, and supporting data. A repository announcement, a preprint, and a published study provide different kinds of evidence. SYMTRI’s subject classification helps discovery; it does not independently validate the source’s claims.
